Preparing the nail correctly is the most important step in gel polish application. Follow the steps below to get the best results.
• Sanitise hands.
• Push back cuticles and remove any lose, dead cuticle.
• Trim away excess cuticle hanging over the nail plate.
• Lightly buff the surface of the nail with a 180 or 240 grit file to remove surface shine and create texture to the nail plate. Ensure the file reaches right down into the side walls and cuticle area.
• Spray nails with Hara Gel Polish Prepare & Complete and scrub with a brush to remove all dust and loose particles.
• Wait 90 seconds and apply a thin ‘scrub’ layer of Hara Base Coat, cap the free edge and cure for 60-90 seconds.
• Apply a thin layer of Hara Gel Polish and cure for 60-90 seconds.
• Apply a second coat of Gel Polish to achieve desired finish. Cure for 60-90 seconds.
• Apply Hara Top Coat of choice and cure for 60-90 seconds.
Always use the Hara Pro LED/UV Nail Lamp for best results.
